Returning faulty or damaged goods
If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 7 days, you can return them to DCH for repair or replacement.
DCH will not refund or exchange any unwanted / non faulty goods. Please select carefully at the time the order is placed.
To return goods to DCH, email us for a Return Authorisation number; once the number has been obtained, parcel the item securely, including all manuals, accessories (including power adapter/converter where supplied) and original packaging.
Include a short note detailing your original order reference, Return Authorisation number, contact details and a description of the fault. Send the package to:
Returns Department, DCH Australia
40 Chandos St, St Leonards 2065
NSW Australia
Any returns that are received without a Return Authorisation number will not be accepted. Please do not send items direct to us without this number as we are just not able to accept them. If a returned item is found to have no fault then it will be returned to the customer at cost for freight.
A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by DCH to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customers credit card where possible. DCH also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found. The standard charge for returning a non-faulty component is $35.
After 7 days products covered under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Unless otherwise specified, the benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trade Practices Act and the Fair Trading Act (NSW) 1999.
